Today we announce the launch of our new G75 honing machine. Orders are available as of July 2024.
Nissin Manufacturing is well-known for its small honing machines. As Nissin approaches the 50-year mark in honing machine development, we have taken the technology cultivated over a half-century and developed a mid-sized honing machine.
The G75 combines high performance and precision with attention to environment-friendly electronic controls while adopting a double expansion function with servo-controlled mechanical expansion.
This model allows fine-tuning of processing conditions such as depth of cut and cutting pressure, catering to an array of machining needs.
(Honing diameter: 50mm to 80mm, Stroke length: 300mm)
