Prototyping
Our AdvantageProviding All Types of Prototyping
Our Latest Equipment

We use the Hermle C42 and C32 machining centers with high rigidity and performance.
We also use the high-speed, high-performance HSM 600U LP from GF Machining Solutions with the WorkPartner automation program.
Metal 3D Printers

We use the German-built EOS M 290 and Concept Laser M2 metal 3D printers. These mid-size systems use powder additive manufacturing with lasers, enabling us to create everything from prototype materials down to the final product using positive processing.
Machining of Hard-to-Machine Materials and Irregularly Shaped Materials

We are able to cut Inconel 718, Inconel 713C, MAR-M-247, and other hard-to-machine materials.
We apply our technology proven over many years as a Tier 1 company and the know-how accumulated from our long machining track record to the latest equipment. The result is high-precision, high-efficiency cutting.
Key Point 1:
Integrated processing from in-house procurement of materials to completion
Key Point 2:
Confidence in our machining of hard-to-cut materials
Key Point 3:
Confidence in our ultra-precision hole finishing
